Irene Bakery

IRENE is an artisanal bakery located in Granville Arcade. From the very outset IRENE chose traditional baking techniques to produce everything customers see on the counter.

The team at IRENE love specialty coffee, so they are pleased to work with The Gentlemen Baristas. As well as supplying first-rate speciality coffee, they train IRENE’s baristas on a regular basis to make sure that the quality is preserved at the highest level. For their tea range IRENE chose to work with Brew Tea Co. Their amazing tea is rolled with whole leaves, sourced from the selected farms and blended locally in the UK.

IRENE also have a small range of boutique wine available for purchase or to stay and sip!

“We aim to select the finest ingredients and artisanal methods to be certain about both the deliciousness of the produce and its health benefits and digestibility. Our loaves are 100% sourdough and it takes 24 hours from the moment we mix the dough until you see it on our shelves straight from the oven. We also make from scratch an extensive range of pastries, buns, cakes, pies and savoury goods.

Every day we aim to get as close as we can to the golden standards of croissant, pain au chocolat and everything we include in our range.“ – IRENE
