Guzzl Canteen is the latest venture from the team behind the long-standing Brixton Village food and drink store Guzzl. The new hotdog and rum bar celebrates independent producers through creative comfort food and bold, small-batch drinks.
The menu centres on gourmet hotdogs made exclusively for Guzzl Canteen by the master butchers at Henwens in Forest Hill. Developed over six months, the secret recipe blends British beef and chicken with a mix of herbs and spices, finished with imaginative condiments from some of the UK’s best indie makers.
At the bar, rum takes the lead — with cocktails featuring Brixton Spirits and Market Row Rums — alongside a curated selection of indie beers, soft drinks, and natural wines.
Serving up something fresh, flavourful, and properly different, Guzzl Canteen brings a playful new twist to dining in Brixton Village.
