Brixton Village Christmas Programme

Christmas arrives in Brixton Village with a month-long programme of music, markets, performances and free family activities across both Granville Arcade and Market Row. From festive launch moments to acoustic evenings, roaming entertainment and creative workshops, the Village will be alive with community spirit all season long.

Whether you’re joining us for a cosy winter afternoon, shopping small with our independent traders, or celebrating with friends late into the evening, there’s something for everyone.

Tuesday 18 November – Decorations Arrive

Festive lights and seasonal decorations are installed across both markets, transforming the Village into a winter wonderland.

Friday 28 November – Acoustic Session (5–8pm)

Live acoustic music in Granville Arcade (outside Unit 43–44 GR) to ease into the festive weekend.

Saturday 29 November – Christmas Arrives at the Village (11am–5pm)

A full festive takeover across both markets. Expect live music, roaming performers and a series of special moments to start the season in Brixton Village.

• Gift Wrap Bar launches at Unit 74 GA, with a second station at Brixton Street Wear (1pm–5pm)

• Wonder Window unveiling at Unit 23 MR with an exclusive DJ set from HAUS.

• Black Santa on tour at the Village with free gifts and photo opportunities (1pm–5pm)

• AI Elf Booth with free printed festive snapshots in Market Row (11–5pm)

• FREE face painting at A Space to Dream Gallery (12–4pm)

Wednesday 31 December – New Year’s Eve

The Village stays open until 3am for our annual street party with late-night celebrations and dining.

Come down and ring in the New Year with a FREE bloc party at Brixton Village.

Curated by the Handson Family and this year supported by HAUS, Palace Vinyl, Dash the Henge and Jalisco expect worldwide genre DJs across all avenues.

And there’s more, free bachata classes, glitter face painting, a 360 photobooth, games zone and live entertainers till the early hours.

With our usual food hotspots and drinking destinations ready to keep you merry. There really is something for everyone this New Year’s Eve.
