First Choice Bakers is a family owned business, founded in 1995. The business was set up to produce and supply the finest quality of Jamaican Patties, breads, buns, confectionery and other caribbean speciality items such as Duck breads, Drop buns and Cocktail patties.
Their first retail store is located in Brixton Village at 40 Atlantic Road. First Choice Bakers has now expanded into one of the fastest growing wholesale pattie distributors in London and has become one of the UK’s leading producers of Jamaican patties and one of the most recognised names in the pattie industry.
All goods produced by First Choice Bakers are made from original raw materials. Over 40 years of traditional techniques and the finest quality ingredients are used to create a tantalising selection of Patties, Cakes, Buns, Breads, Confectionery and other specialities.

Brixton Village is open 7 days per week.
Mondays: 8am – 6pm
Tuesday to Sunday: 8am – midnight
